SHIPPING - WHAT DO YOU CHARGE TO DELIVER YOUR BEDS?

UK MAINLAND SERVICES

We ship all our beds via courier. Items are tracked and insured. Prices below based on present courier prices 2017. These may vary slightly from time to time. 

We have 3 services available (UK Mainland only)

Express 2-3 working days £14.99 (1 item)

Standard 3-5 working days £12.99 (1 item)

Standard 3-5 working days £39.99 (2 items)

If you have more than 2 items that need to be delivered please send us an email and we can get quotes for this too.

We also offer a FREE local delivery to the Glasgow area. Please drop us an email to book.

Beds will be shipped the following working day upon full payment and order processing.

 

GLOBAL SHIPPING SERVICES

We now offer global shipping on our items. Just drop us an email with your requirements, full address and postal code/zip code and we can advise from there. It may take a little longer but it's worth it :0)

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address up until 1pm the following day of placing your order. After 1pm the following day of placing your order it is NOT possible to change the delivery address.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You must let us know before 1pm the following day of placing your order to cancel. Failing to notify within this timeframe will result in order being fully processed and delivered to you. Returning the unwanted item to us will be the at the cost of the customer.

 

CAN I CHANGE/ ADD TO MY ORDER?

Any changes that you wish to make to an already placed order you must notify our team before 1pm the following day of placing your order. Notification after this time frame will result in your initial order being sent and any unwanted items returned at the cost of the customer.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT DOESN’T GO WITH MY INTERIOR/IT’S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED/I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND/I JUST DON’T WANT IT ANYMORE

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know your reason for returning. Due to the nature of the fulfilment unwanted items will be returned to us at the cost of the customer. We highly recommend you send the item back to us tracked and insured as if item goes missing we cannot understandably process the return. Item must be packed securely and in its original packaging and must contain original order form for easy processing upon receipt. All Products must be returned, unused, unmarked and in a fully resellable condition. If items are not, then they will not be refunded.

IF YOU ARE IN THE GLASGOW AREA WE CAN ARRANGE TO COLLECT FROM YOU FOR A SMALL COURTESY FEE.

 

PAYMENTS

We only accept payment methods that are available on our website. Cheque and purchase orders are not accepted. Free delivery items will be paid for via website before delivery. Cash on collection is not accepted.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

At the moment we unfortunately do not offer bespoke/custom orders. However, please feel free to drop us an email with what you are thinking as in the future it might be something we will consider further down the line. It all depends if there is enough demand for it. 

 

WILL MY DOG FIT THE BED COMFORTABLY?

Our beds currently only fit small to medium breeds. Measurements are provided on the item specifics so please make sure you measure to make sure your dog will be comfortable.

 

CAN YOU WASH THE OUTER COVERS?

Our covers are all removable. We highly recommend that you dry clean your outer covers to maintain the clarity of colour and also so shrinkage is kept to a minimum. Machine washing 100% cotton fabric, even below 30 degrees, can result in shrinkage and we do not want that to happen. Brush off surface dirt with a soft clothes brush or cloth and sponge clean wet spills. Please refer to care label.

 

WHAT ARE THE INSIDES MADE FROM?

The base cushions on both styles of bed are made from 2.5 inch thick luxury memory foam. The outer bolster cushion on the ‘Mikki Snuggler ‘are made from super soft hollow fibre. If spills get through to base fillings we recommend you soak up as much as you can with a dry cloth or towel, sponge clean then air dry. Machine washing of innards is not advised.

 

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER THE PLYWOOD BASE?

The birch plywood base is easy to maintain, just like any piece of wooden furniture. It has been finished in a non- toxic oil product so just wipe off any spillages or marks with a damp cloth. Each bed frame is unique in grain so all beds will have variations in natural markings. We use the highest quality grade of birch plywood too.

If you have a wooden floor we recommend you put felt pads on bottom of base to stop it scoring your floor. Please lift base when moving to prevent this, we love our floors. The beds are a fair weight approximately 10kg so please be cautious when lifting too!
